At Boolean Recruitment we do not like bulk vacancies. However, we do like vacancies for positions that require special competencies, unique skills or personality, and those for scarce positions and complex profiles. As far as we are concerned, these are the gems in the recruitment world - and we are happy that customers give us the opportunity to work on them every day.

We delve into supply and demand For us, that starts with getting to know the client and the position. This forms the basis for our search and we intensively study this information. The same intensity applies to our review of professionals, because we know that a resume says a lot, but not everything. That is why we depart the beaten track in our selection by also reviewing enthusiasm and job satisfaction. Or the drive to grow personally and to contribute to the success of others – that is, the employer. We do this by speaking to each promising candidate in person. Thanks to our experience and people knowledge, we often already instinctively sense in those conversations whether someone is eligible for the position or not.
