With us, a recruitment process starts with an in-depth review of your organization. We want to get to know your company and the job’s content. We therefore always make a company visit to get to know you and to experience the company culture first-hand. We do not hesitate to ask critical questions, simply because we need your answers to make the best match.

 

We search meticulously

We mainly look for the right candidates online, through means of a very thorough process. We first do a broad sweep of various social media platforms and our own relationship network and then further refine our searches. Alongside this, we approach people through direct headhunting. As soon as we have made a successful selection, we personally contact the candidates to encourage them to start a conversation with us. Because we have already got to know your organization, we can already tell them a lot about the organization and the position in this selection round. In the same interview we also get to know the candidate better. We always ensure that these conversations are relaxed. That often makes candidates more open about their ambitions, about what they really want or not and what they enjoy doing. This way we can quickly identify if the suitable candidate for the position is in the mix and whether they fit your organization. We then introduce that candidate to you.
